CAN WE HAVE A SAMPLE OF MY PRODUCT BEFORE WE ORDER?



All the products produced in VitaMfg Factory are custom manufactured; therefore, we do not keep the finished product samples in stock. However, upon request, our Product technician team can create a sample of your product and send it to you.

VitaMfg Factory offers a full-service contract manufacturing for private label supplements, white-label supplements, and custom bespoke supplements for your dietary supplement brand.

Absolutely. Two parties are required to sign a standard non-disclosure agreement [NDA]. At VitaMfg Factory, we protect our customer’s intellectual property.


We provide high-quality health and wellness, sports nutrition, weight loss and beauty supplements with ready formulated profiles made to order. Our off-the-shelf products are available in bulk order or as fully finished products, complete with label printing and application.


No, there are no setup fees for any of our services.


No, you can use our ready-made formulations to use it for your private labelling. But with a custom formula you can create a product from scratch using the exact ingredients you choose as well as the mg of each of those ingredients and more.

ARE THERE ANY SETUP FEES FOR TIRED SUPPLEMENTS?


Absolutely not. There are no setup fees for any of our services.


We carry hundreds of options when it comes to private label products both in product options, delivery methods and packaging. Whether you need a product related to muscle building, overall health, mental, diet and weight loss and more we can help you find the perfect product for your private label needs.


Your Tired supplements product order can be produced, packaged, shipped, and received by you within 3-4 weeks depending on your country of operation.

Custom Packaging FAQ


CAN YOU CUSTOM PACKAGING FOR US?


Absolutely not. There are no setup fees for any of our services.


Adobe Illustrator files are preferred but, we also accept .PSD, PDF, EPS and TIFF. Please make sure the resolution is set to 300 DPI or higher when you submit your artwork for labelling. If the art, you send in has a lower resolution than 300 DPI we cannot guarantee high-quality printing because it will most likely not look good.


We offer a wide range of packaging, including bottles, sachets, pouches & packets, blister packs and bulk. We can also provide bespoke packaging according to your needs.

WHAT IS YOUR TESTING PROCESS LIKE?


 VitaMfg Factory does not compromise on the quality of our customer’s products. Therefore, raw materials are checked thoroughly and verified multiple times throughout the production and packaging lifecycle. Our equipment is fitted with a metal detection sensor that detects the tiniest metal present in the materials.


We offer stability testing, micro testing, biological testing, heavy metal testing, actives testing, contest for pesticides and chemical impurities testing.


All of our products are manufactured in GMP and FDA-compliant facilities. In addition, all products come with a COA (certificate of analysis) to ensure 100% purity of ingredients.

Tablet Crafting FAQ


WHAT COLOURS CAN’T BE USED FOR TABLETS?


Most colours can be achieved through tablets, but there are some restrictions. Shiny colours often require more work due to the nature of the surface of a tablet.

Granulation is a process that reduces the size of powder-based ingredients to make them easier to press into tablet form.


Wet granulation is when the dry powdery materials are made more pliable through being soaked in a non-toxic solvent and then pressed into tablets. This can last longer than other methods of creating pills because it removes all traces of toxic chemicals from the product.

Capsule Production FAQ


WHAT IS THE MOQ FOR CAPSULES?


300,000 capsules equivalent.


Depending upon the packaging and the availability of ingredient. But VitaMfg factory provides standard lead time of 6 to 12 weeks.


This question will depend on what material you put inside the capsule and the size. Blending density influences how much can go inside a total weight.


We can manufacture from size 5 to 000 but it must match our minimum order quantity or higher.

Liquid Manufacturing FAQ


WHAT ARE BEADLETS CAPSULE?


Beadlets are defined as small spheres, often between 500 and 2000 μm in diameter, that are inserted inside the capsule.


Liquid capsules offer a safe storage option for certain types of active ingredients over tablets or other methods because they contain the least amount of inactive ingredients which can interfere with absorption.

Gelatinous Supplement FAQ


WHAT TYPE OF GELATINOUS’ ARE AVAILABLE?


Gelatinous can be found in two main types; those made of gelatine and those made of pectin. Gelatine is animal-based while pectin is plant-based; so, it would make sense for these gummies to taste different from one another!


The Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of our gummy products are dependent on the necessary formulas and manufacturing processes, with MOQs ranging from 500,000 up to 1 million pieces.


Most of our customers prefers to have loose bulk but we offer customised packaging for gelatinous including Pots and Pouches.


We offer unlimited combination of flavours. Flavours are bespoken to your needs.

WHAT IS THE MOQ FOR LIQUID GEL?

We offer stick pack as packaging option for liquid gel.


Liquid gels are targeted more for sports nutrition so application can be liquid protein, diet, recovery, vitamin, energy shots.


We provide fill volume of 2ml to 70ml for stick pack.
