Once your order has been submitted to the vitamfg Factory, you will be updated regularly so that you can monitor your product’s progress from the arrival of the individual ingredients to the packing and delivery of the finished product. Along the way, we make sure that there is an effective chain of communication throughout the production period so that any issues were to arise they can be easily resolved.

As well as being GMP certified (which means safe, high-quality products you can trust), our manufacturing facility has been set up by a leading chemistry expert with over 30 years’ experience in the industry. As a result, every machine is cleaned with military precision and all of our production takes place in an  ISO Class 8 clean room environment with automatically controlled air and temperature levels.

The quality doesn’t end there as our factory is also BRC (British Retail Consortium) AA accredited. The Vitamfg Factory quality team works hard to adhere to the strict standards of the BRC and we are proud of their efforts to achieve such a high grade with this globally recognised regulatory body.

Our contact manufacturing process.

Initial consultation.

One of our Key Account Managers will be assigned to your enquiry and begin working on your requirements. The Account Manager will oversee the entire process and be the main contact from the initial quoting stage all the way through to the delivery of finished products.



Sample Development.

Our NPD Technologist will begin work on sample development once the initial formulations have been approved, this is to ensure the product matches your expectations and delivers exactly what is required from visual to taste.



Sample Approval.

Once the perfect formulation has been achieved and complies with regulations it will be signed off by the customer and SF management ready to move into full manufacture.



Label Approval.

Based on the final specification sign off SF will provide a cutter guide for the packaging requirements. The customer can therefore complete the artwork. Label samples are available upon request.



Manufacturing.

Following the completion of all prior steps and formal sign off from Customer and SF, the magic can commence. The full manufacture of the products will begin ready for collection or for packing.



Packaging.

Once the products have been manufactured the final touches can be completed. The product is packed and labelled with bespoke packaging so the customers final vision comes into fruition.



Delivery.

Based on agreed terms the products will be available for collection or delivered to their final destination ready for customer launch.
